Alcala Education Society (ACCESS)
ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AWARDS
For the sole purpose of encouraging students to excel
academically and become a contributing citizens of the
community, Alcala Education Society (ACCESS) developed a program
to award financial incentives to students of Cipriano P.
Primicias National High School, who excel academically in
specific subjects for School Year 2007-2008. As a reference for
future and/or continued financial assistance, ACCESS had
requested each awardee to write an essay on the realities of
student life in Alcala and the student’s realistic vision of
life after college.
