Was it for irrigation (ghost implementation), farm to market roads (concentrated only in Sta. Maria to finance the opponent of Mayor Ginez), fertilizers (Joc-joc Bolante style-concentrated in Balungao), concreting projects (implemented in Umingan overpriced). A bulk of that P493 million was utilized/released just before the election by Estrella to fund his favored mayoralty candidates: Mayor Tumbocon of Umingan, Mayor Saldivar of San Nicolas (Alvin Flores/ Rolex Gang), Mayor Badong Perez of San Manuel (against Admiral Marcelo), Mayor Mapili of Tayug (against the Zaragosas), Mayor Peralta of Balungao (against Pat Revita, though her husband Mayor Revita of Rosales benefited also. In Balungao alone, Estrella released almost P100 million worth of ghost projects and deliveries received by then Mayor Lito Peralta. Kaya malakas ang mga Peralta kay Estrella. Peralta received a 10% commission. I told him that “I don’t go to that website“. He mentioned that it’s been a talk in some Pilipino restaurants/stores how people from San Quintin still have the crab mentality. He mentioned in particular how a person by the name of “Belen”, “Belen Alexander”, etc. has been vilified, made fun of, etc.. by her very own town mates. I told him that Quintinians don’t do such a thing but deep down in my heart, I have a reservation because of the way things are posted in www.pangasinan.org/sanquintin. Today I log on to www.sanquintin.org and after reading what’s posted two weeks back, I felt bad and ashamed of how some town mates treat each other. I AM NOT A FAN of Evelyn and/or Gregorio, but please, my classmate Greg HAS BEEN RESTING IN PEACE!!!
