To Isang Rosalenian who posted comment on SM's entry to Rosales. It is very obvious na isa ka sa mga maapektohan. Sa tono ng mga comment mo na we should wait for Rosales to grow before we allow big investors or mall operators to come in, masyadong halata na businessman ka. I think you lack foresight. Bakit sinasabi mong dapat sa urdaneta ang SM? Mas magaling ka pa ba sa Technical Planning Team ng SM Development Corporation na nag conduct ng comprehensive feasibility study for marketing at site development plan? SM as the country's leading mall operator wont prioritize Rosales over Urdaneta if their technical study wont allow it. What im trying to say is they have been considering all aspects before finally deciding to make it in Rosales. Ano ka ba kakaian? On going na ang construction at dyan na yan. Think of measures and strategy to combat their adverse effect to your personal business. Look at the whole picture please. SM has a tremendous magnetic effect for people to come to and visit Rosales. Kung maraming tao may epekto din sa ibang uri ng mga negosyo including your own business. Kasi catalyst yan para umamgat nag isang lugar. Ayaw mo ba nyan?

TO ALL BATCH '77 Kumusta na kayong lahat lalong lalo na yong mga ka batch nating nasa malalayong lugar. Ang mensaheng ito ay hindi para sa ating reunion kundi isang "appeal" para sa isa nating ka batch na si EDUARDO "Ed" CABOTEJA na kasalukuyang nakikipaglaban sa sakit na bone cancer. Last December, Jun Lecitona and I went to visit him and we gave him a "saklay" para matulungan siyang makalakad, kumuha kami sa pondo natin (excess money from our last reunion). We thought arthritis lang ang problema niya, last week we went to visit him again pero hindi namin nadatnan inuwi na siya sa calasiao kung saan siya talagang nakatira. Doon namin nalaman na cancer pala yong arthritis na dinaraing niya. We want to help ED financially para kahit papa ano lumawig pa ng kaunti ang buhay niya. Hindi kaya ng pamilya niya na tustusan ang mga kailangan niyang gamot. Ang sabi ng auntie niya ang isang "shot" to relieve his pain is worth Php 15,000 and that shot is good for one month only. So I am appealing to all my batchmates, BATCH '77 kung sino man ang makakabasa nito, let us help ED. Any amount you could give will be highly appreciated.
