I was born in Calasiao and registered at LCR by my parents but unfortunately a clerical error was discovered when I just recently got my NSO birth certificate. I heard that Calasiao City hall was gutted by fire and I was just wondering if the local civil registrar's office was affected or included in those reduced to ashes. Census told me that I have to start correction with the local civil registrar to effect the necessary changes on their records thru r.a. 9048. If the civil registrar's office was among those damaged, can anybody tell me or perhaps give some advice on what to do with my problem. Hoping somebody from Calasiao LCR reads this. thanks a lot.
