I think this is manang Beth of Colone. Glad Bolinao had recovered from the typhoon. We're also planning to spend a day or two in Bolinao after 99 Islands for our 2011 Class reunion. I hope Bolinao can offer us a lot for less. Alam n'yo naman puro kuripot itong mga Ilokano. If we can get it for free it is much better. hehehehehe. Joke only. I know people of Bolinao,99 Islands and the rest of Pang. needed much revenue from the visitors and tourist. Unlike our town, we do not have anything to offer but our hospitality. hehehehe. we have many resorts in Bolinao from simple up to 5 star resorts.it depends on what your choice is,along the beach,town proper ,and of course the price you wanted to give away.For two day trip I recommend El Pescador Hotel Resort at downtown Bolinao . From there you can go to Bolinao White Beach and to Patar.In Patar I recommend the Dutch Beach Resort.Punta Riviera and Tresures of Bolinao are good choices but very expensive.The antique Bolinao Church is a must visit.Google Bolinao.

A person who has faith in God will never resort to KUlam and kulam is not a thing of the past. A person who resorts to kulam is ready to take the risk, ready to take the responsiblity that the price of the life he/she wants to destroy will be paid by his/her own sufferings. Too much hatred can lead a person to resort to Kulam and for sure a person who is God fearing won't want to take the life of another person even this caused him/ her too much pain and sorrow. We submit everything to God and we have faith that there is always justice under heavens. God is a fair and just God. He has rewards for LIARS in the due time. God does not fail goodness. A NEEDLE CAN SAVE THE LIFE OF A STROKE PATIENT - From Prof Irene Liu, a Chinese Professor. Keep a syringe or needle in your home to do this... It's amazing and an unconventional way of recovering from stroke, read it through it can help somebody one day. This is amazing. Please keep this very handy. Excellent tips. Do take a minute to read this. You'll never know, ones life may depend on you. My father was paralysed and later died from the result of a stroke. I wish I knew about this first aid before. When stroke strikes, the capillaries in the brain will gradually burst. (Irene Liu) When a stroke occurs, stay calm. No matter where the victim is, do not move him/her. Because, if moved, the capillaries will burst. Help the victim to sit up where he/she is to prevent him/her from falling over again and then the blood letting can begin. If you have in your home an injection syringe that would be the best. Otherwise, a sewing needle or a straight pin will do. 1. Place the needle/pin over fire to sterilize it and then use it to prick the tip of all ......10 fingers. 2. There are no specific acupuncture points, just prick about an mm from the fingernail. 3. Prick till blood comes out. 4. If blood does not start to drip, then squeeze with your fingers. 5. When all 10 digits are bleeding, wait a few minutes then the victim will regain consciousness. 6. If the victim's mouth is crooked, then pull on his ears until they are red. 7. Then prick each earlobe twice until two drops of blood comes from each earlobe. After a few minutes the victim should regain consciousness. Wait till the victim regains his normal state without any abnormal symptoms then take him to the hospital. Otherwise, if he was taken in the ambulance in a hurry to the hospital, the bumpy trip will cause all the capillaries in his brain to burst. If he could save his life, barely managing to walk, then it is by the grace of his ancestors. 'I learned about letting blood to save life from Chinese traditional doctor, Ha Bu Ting, who lives in Sun Juke.. Furthermore, I had practical experience with it. Therefore, I can say this method is 100% effective. In 1979, I was teaching in Fung Gaap College in Tai Chung. One afternoon, I was teaching a class when another teacher came running to my classroom and said in panting, 'Ms Liu, come quick, our supervisor has had a stroke!'. I immediately went to the 3rd floor. When I saw our supervisor, Mr. Chen Fu Tien, his colour was off, his speech was slurred, his mouth was crooked - all the symptoms of a stroke. I immediately asked one of the practicum students to go to the pharmacy outside the school to buy a syringe, which I used to prick Mr. Chen's 10 fingers tips. When all 10 fingers were bleeding (each with a pea-sized drop of blood), after a few minutes, Mr. Chen's > face regained its colour and his eyes' spirit returned, too. But his mouth was still crooked. So I pulled on his ears to fill them with blood. When his ears became red, I pricked his right earlobe twice to let out two drops of blood. When both earlobes had two drops of blood each, a miracle happened. Within 3-5 minutes the shape of his mouth returned to normal and his speech became clear. We let him rest for a while and have a cup of hot tea, then we helped him go down the stairs, drove him to Wei Wah Hospital . He rested one night and was released the next day to return to school to teach. Everything worked normally. There were no ill after effects. On the other hand, the usual stroke victim usually suffers Irreparable bursting of the brain capillaries on the way to the hospital. As a result, these victims never recover.' Therefore, stroke is the second cause of death. The lucky ones will stay alive but can remain paralysed for life. It is such a horrible thing to happen in one's life. If we can all remember this blood letting method and start the life saving process immediately, in a short time, the victim > will be revived and regain 100% normality.

I noticed here in UK. Dentists resists patients request to pull out a tooth. They always tried to repair it first. They only pull it off if absolutely necessary. Not like my friend in Barca he went home pinasekka nan tay ngipen na hahaha I don't know if its in ST Luke, it costs him 100 grand PhP. Because he is on holiday no time to heal and shrink properly and the denture was ill- fitted. He went home to Barca and after few days it started to trouble him bad so he just removed the damn thing and goodbye 100K. Result, no teeth. Good morning from the here. may I answer you because I admit, I am one who fell to his trap also. Please I don't blame anyone, nor I blame myself. I just let it be known here because I wish to warn others (prospective victims) also if they will listen and learn from it but if they don't, then I would be okay. It's morning here and I want every morning to be new and refreshing. It was not my intention to disappear in ths DC and I never concocted that tale of my supposed demise. :) During that time this IP was blocked and since I don't reside in a commercial area as before, I couldn't reply here. I don't know for what reason that this IP was unblocked again and then I was given another chance to post here. But this is time for me correct and renew.. I am no longer here for any discussion or whatever bullfight; I am here just purely for friendship with some people who would welcome me. If there is none, no ill feeling for that since in the first place, I am not from Pangasinan. It was a long story since I started here in April 2009. I never expected to come to such disgraceful scenario. In person, I am quiet and on the sidelight. Although I am frank and honest, I know how to do it with propriety in the right time and place. I may perhaps don't have the command of real good and great English but I can say my truth so well that everybody could grasp. I am sorry that in those time,from April 2009 .. there were unpleasant things that transpired here but I guess I have already discussed the matter with the right person and have asked for apology. With regards to that Goryo, I have nothing to say anymore. I have to admit it was wrong that I gave in, I indulged.. but everything had happened already and I blamed no one for that even myself. My regret only was that I have upseted some people here and have asked forgiveness. Other than that, I never regretted what I have done or felt for this person. Again, to Deedee, I am sorry. How I wish I can exchange private messages with you. I am not ashamed to discuss any matter here on this DC even with regards to my personal life and feelings..there is nothing to be ashamed of because I am not hiding anything and I am just honest. However, since this is a public place and we could just not expect to always understand us, I think we have to deal the matter (if really we something to resolve) as personally as we could.
