A deficit of 28 million pesos has occured during the past administration, nobody knows the real expenses were. i suggest you people that are left behind in Burgos to check what has been going on. it's kind a fishy to me. Who is going to pay that amount now. I'm glad i am not. Act now or forever be in debt. Allowing such a deficit is irresponsible to my opinion, someone has to explain.

The police and medical reports submitted by the complainant never stated that the tricycle driver is drunk at the time of accident. Worst, I was charged in court without me receiving a copy of the complaint. Today, I am out on bail. Ssome friends of the same flight are urging me to form an organization which may sound like: ViDDA (Victims of Drunk Driving Alliance, the objective of which are to bring order in the streets/highways, the traffic enforcers to implement the Land Transportation Code of the Philippines, standardized police reports/blotters to include in their investigations whether drivers are AB+ or AB-, lobby to our governments (barangay/municipal/provincial/national/DPWH) to improve all roads so as to conform with international road standards, make mandatory training to all driver's license holders be it truck, car, tricycles, motorcycles, kuliglig or pogpog so that they will be aware of the the Land Tansportation Code and make acquiring a driver's license similar to the standards of the USA, include in the school curriculum (elementary/HS/college) the Land Transportation Code...etc. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, PLEASE EMAIL ME.... I'm from Burgos and I don't know you and probably you don't know me either. Your previous messages did't sink in well into my head and I'm a bit offended. I'm not asking your apology nor anything, I just want to clarify something you said hoping that you'll realize you've offended some, if not many good people of Burgos. My guess is that you really don't know Burgos because maybe you didn't grow up there. The Braga families that I know are very prominent, well respected and good people of Burgos (i.e. Ex-mayor, Fiscal, Atty),but the way you project yourself and them do not even come close to who they are. I wonder whom are you related to and if you're related to the Braga(s) I know, you're ruining their good reputation in our beloved town. In addition, for your information the Braga(s)don't own or control Burgos and neither you and I. No one should be under their "tolerance" as you said it, and everyone should be welcomed to visit our beautiful town. You can wish to prevent visitors coming to our town, but you can't stop them. You don't have the right at all. Sorry, I don't have to lecture you on this because you are a lawyer. Bear in your mind, that even though the Braga(s) control Burgos, by knowing them well, I'm pretty sure they'll have different and better views than yours. You should give it a try too! You have nothing to lose, and a whole lot to gain! A little while back, I was browsing through some interesting adds, just like you are now and came across an article similar to this that said you could make thousands dollars within weeks with only an initial investment of $6.00! So I thought, "Yeah, right, it must be a scam", but like most of us,I was curious, so I kept reading. Anyway, it said that you send $1.00 through paypal to each of the emails stated in the article. You then place your own email address in the bottom of the list at ..6, and post the article in at least 200 news groups. (There are a lot) So after thinking about it, I went ahead trying it. I figured what have I got to lose except $6.00 small dollars, right? Like most of us I was a little skeptical and a little worried about the legal aspects of it. It follows the same regulations as the "mailed chainletters, which according to the U.S. Post Office (1-800-725-2161) is indeed legal! Then I invested the measly $6.00. Within days, I started getting money in my paypal account! Even if you get 5 people and they get 5 people. 1. 1*5=5 2. 5*5=25 3. 5*25=125 4. 5*125=625 5. 5*625=3,125 6. 5*3125=$15,625 is yours . I figured it would end soon, but the money just kept coming in. This is now my fourth week and I have made a total of just over $24,641.00 and it's still coming in rapidly.
