Not CPPNHS. I love that name and that school of higher learning. Monetary donations - my family did as well as my classmates. Anyway, they can name the municipal building for the late and one of the most distingushed leader/politician in our beloved town "Cipriano P. Primcias Memorial Municipal Bldg" instead. Supposed to be in my own opinion. I think and as far as I knew (maybe I'm wrong) and proud as he was then - Sen, Primicias - it was his intent and primary project to make Alcala in the map, province of Pangasinan. I can still recall when that town hall was being built and started to rise. It was a beautiful structure and a pride of Alcalanians. I was a teen then. Nevertheless, correction is well accepted. Sure Money is the one of the key ingredients to improve the school environment and to improve class curriculums/programs and in addition, maintenance of school facilities. School Principal has tough task to tackle especially if the community is nowhere to be found to ask for help, and not much of assistance from our Dept of Education.
