ANNOUNCEMENT & INVITATION: Class of 1958 Reunion is fast approaching. It will be held in Chicago - August 6 - 9, 2009. Please contact the following: Lety Monegas Ramirez - tel.# 847-336-0035 or Naomi/Emy DeGuzman & Romy P. Salazar - tel.#847-697-1486. Both will be hosting the reunion. For the tour of the city coordinator, please contact: Saniata Perez Sioson - tel.# 774-927-0382. FOOTNOTE: The reunion in Alcala, in Anulid, May 2, 2009 was tremendously a huge success. It was hosted by Bienvenida Pedroso Ware. Thank you to Bennie for hosting the throng. Mr. Marcelo Publico, one of our teacher was present. It's like West met Alcala classmates. Amazing to met classmates and mingling with each other after so many years. Wonderful feelings. The nutriments was ambrosial and lavished. Fresh local fruits and home made desserts, luscious. "Salamat la unay". The reunion in San Diego in Coronado Beach, the Las Vegas - hosted by Ching Estacio Caprio (Thank you), the Mexican Riviera Cruise, and the Alcala/Anulid multitude was remarkable and very reminiscing - first reunion held locally - no doubt the Chicago throng will be the same - enjoying, magnificent and noteworthy. Like the rest of our reunion. Please call now. So far we have 16 classmates mustered and difinitely attending, excluding spouses and friends. See you folks in Chicago. Keep in touch. Thanks.

Congratulations for a successful reunion! It takes a strong leadership to organize an event like this but all worth the effort. Enjoy Toronto but unfortunately there is presently a garbage strike that fouls an otherwise clean city. Have fun in Niagara and safe trip back to the US!

Sorry, it's been a long time I have not read this Message Board. I have missed a lot on the issues. I was just surprise when I sam my name being included in the discussion... I just want to clarify that I am not the same Maris mentioned in the discussion of Rock and Sonia. I don't have any project for CPPMHS and I don't konw this "Rock" person. However, I know "Sonia" and I have a message for you: SONIA, I salute you, I know that you have done a lot in helping the Alcalenians ANONYMOUSLY! not only in CPPMHS, Alcala Central School, Pindangan but also in my barrio Bersamin and the entire Alcala. In fact I really admire your style, you help without letting others know your good deeds... So, Rock: whoever you are just be careful in expressing your opinions, you don't know what you are talking to.

I can't believe you wrote those words about the Primicias. I know the Primicias family personally. Senator Primicias sponsored the bill to establish Alcala High School for the benefit of Alcala. I refuse to believe he did it so as you said "kung hindi itinayo ng aming lolo ang cppnhs saan ka mag aaral sana noon". And to answer your question, If Alcala High School did not exist then, I am sure I would have graduated from RMMHS. ... Tama na yong pagmamayabang dahil sa pamilya! If what you said is true, it's not you who is of good heart. Please don't ruin the Primicias family.

Get your facts straight before you open your mouth. I am not a teacher. Just like you, I am an alumus at the bottom of the class. Nasa Row 4 ako. You are right, no one has the obligation or responsibility to help. I am not the publicity type person either so spare me with your BULL SHITS. Again, what I do to help those less fortunate is not for you nor the world to know. I don't go out of my way to solicate help on a worldwide basis because it rakes time and money to do such. i may as well use the money to help those less fortunate. Again, stop all this CRAP about helping you or Maris on pojects that you don't even want to describe. Open your wallet to help those whoever you want. What in hell do we care. It's your money. Just don't get us involved in your SCAM! Give me a break. No one was born yesterday! ... Everytime I visit Alcala, there is always that someone who asks for money for some projects. Kuno. Others are with envelop for some beauty contest. Kuno. Tigi-tigilan nga ninyo kami!

There is nothing wrong with a differing opinion. Some refer to it as "negative things". It is what we call as constructive ridicule. When someone asks a question, all the proponent has to do is answer it clearly. Do not beat around the bushes. Those who ask questions show interest and are potential donors. This is not a "la la" world. There are a lot of scams in Alcala. Get real!

i'm really eager to contribute something to my alma mater in a way the best thing i can. but the thing is like when somebody suggest of an idea and then right away there's that always one person is going to say negative thing to say. like they say it's easy to critize something rather than motivate somebody to have their ideas being heard or implemented. maybe the feeling of being scared or self ego that actually that idea might succeed and theirs will not. we should learn and practise the quote "SFTD" MEANING=SEE,FEEL,THINK,DO and rather than see and critisize. everybody have their own style of managing things like you can be the enforcer, the director, the connector, the peer, the mentor, the praiser, the facilitator or the other style all of these are aiming towards one common goals "TEAMWORK". and remember there's no "I" on a team. The question is for you! Have you done something for CPPNHS lately? And to answer your question, "Yes, I have continually assisted CPPNHS and its students with educational assistance programs." Ask Maris. Or better yet, ask the faculty and the recipient students. What I do to help those less fortunate is not for you or the world to know. It is only important for the recipients to know. gud am maris, so many peoples around who deslikes all your projects for the seek of our alma mater but they are against you, maybe they are NAIIINGGIT SAYO dahil wala silang maisip na mabuti para sa ating mahal na CPPMHS kundi ang kanilang sarili lamang.kesyo nagyayabang sila dahil nsa ibang bansa sila kumikita ng dollars but the truth is, we have also same feathers. based on the story of my relatives in abroad, malaki nga kinikita nila pero naninilbihan naman sila sa mga dayuhan bokod sa nalulungkot pa sila at di kapiling ang mga loveones. miss maris this coming november magbabakasyon ako at magpapakilala ako sa iyo in person. mahirap lang ang pamumuhay namin ng pamilya ko but we are happy. kung may sapat lang akong maitulong para sa ating school gagawin ko. kaya miss maris go on to continue your good doings. We have the honor to inform you that enrollment for incoming second year students is now going on. for incoming third year (may 4-8) and for fourth year (may 11-15). As requisite for incoming first year students and transferees, please present your school card/form 137, birth certificate and certificate of good moral character.Incoming first year students had their schedule last april 13-17 but we are affording them the needed extension. Our school maintenance week is scheduled on may 18-22. May we also inform you that all incoming first year who were honor students for the past SY are our immediate beneficiaries of the adopt-a- scholar program. we already have a handful of supporters and this will mean much to our desire to bring the doors of cppnhs to our respective communities. Please advise your sons/daughters that sections will be classified via "first-come-first-served" basis except for the cream section where ususally honor students are selected. With this, we believe that we can start our regular classes 1st day of June and to discourage others of making the choice to enroll only during the said day.May we find in your heart too the willingness to support our program. If you are not the kind we wish to forge lasting and transparent partnership, please keep our program at a distance with your distressed experiences, for we mean just altruistic service for our home- the CPPNHS. Let us make things clear, payment of school fees is not a requirement for enrollement nor for taking our Quarterly Exams. Parents have the choice to pay our school fees in your most convenient way

These two people who are an Alumni of HRA, one the great educational institution in Alcala, made unfounded and despicable charges and try to thrash a HISTORICAL EVENT in this CPPMHS Message Board which happens to be an event that made me more proud as an Alcalenean so I have to depend its integrity kahit saan kami makarating. Bravo Precy. I really appreciate all the information you provided.

Alam mo MS. TESS AGUSTIN JAVIER parehong tama yong sinabi ko. Kaya ako nabusog kasi mayroon akong isang grill. Ang sinasabi kong wala akong naitulong ay doon sa preparasyon ng event na ito kasi hindi ako miyembro ng ano mang Committee and all I did was to be part of the festivities. PEOPLE WILL NOT BELIEVE YOU. BE BRAVE WITH YOUR CAUSE. LOL!!!

I want to inform you that I respected you, your family especially Tio V. I personally know, not only how hardworking your father is but also how respectful he is to others and above all he is very good in providing the needs of his family. He worked hard to put his children to school. Kaya ka nga naging professional. I also know that when he was a leader in your Barangay, he did so many good things. Please do not make me loss my respect on you by putting words in my mouth. Where did you find in my previous statement that I cross the line by degrading your family? If you notice, I did not even mention your whole name. Let me quote myself on how I talked about the business of KAKANIN and tell me how I degraded your family: “Now, in regards to your statement tungkol sa mga taong nagta-tawag at nagso-solicit ay nawala na sila na parang bula, What do you want them to do? They have done their job so don't expect these people to keep on calling and soliciting. Hindi naman sila tindera ng KAKANIN sa palengke na pag naubos na yong paninda ay uuwi at gagawa uli ng mga kakanin para makabalik kinabukasan sa palengke at makapag-tinda uli.” I do not want to sound like a broken record but did you find in the above statement that your family is mentioned. I used this example for you to understand that the solicitation of sponsorship is only a ONE TIME DEAL unlike any ongoing business (like making AIRPLANES, SHIPS, CARS, or KAKANIN) that you have to keep on producing your product to keep your business going. Hindi ka naman tanga and I know you are smart man that I do not need to give you more graphic example for you to understand.>>>>>>>>>> I am really amused with your line of thoughts. Sometimes you have to learn how to focus on things and maybe, just maybe there is a chance to bring your concentration back. I was just responding to your destructive accusation to the Organizers and here you are asking me if I have done good for the community. But then let me be very honest with you, there are times when I have done something to others but I did not even realize that what I did was good. When that happens, I just keep it to myself and thank GOD. I am not the type of person that shows to the whole world what I do for other people. I do not like someone taking pictures of me when I am doing something for others. If you are one of those people (I saw a big banner with your name on it) who proclaim to the whole world what you do good for the community then I respect you for that. I may not agree but I still respect it. I respect the differences in all of us but I TOTALLY DESPISE people (like you) that put down other people without accurate facts. That is the reason why I responded to your despicable charges. >>>>>>>>>> You said and I quote: “I will make sure you will pay for this mess you had created to our family. In the next few days, I will see you and have this settled. I am just supporting the cause of Mr. Laud but unfortunately, a lot of criticism arises. Walang personalan dito, but as I said, you crossed the line.” WALA NAMAN TAKUTAN. NANGINGINIG NA POOO AKOOO!!! DON’T MAKE ME PAY FOR THE MESS I CREATED, MAS VERY POOR AKO!!! I believe you when you said: WALANG PERSONALAN DITO. >>>>>>> Do you really understand what you just said? Maybe you should learn not only to look at yourself in the mirror but also to listen to yourself. I suggest you read and reread my response to you yesterday and you will find out that all I did was FOCUSED on the issues you brought up without being personal. Don’t act like a little boy who just lost his balls.>>>>>>>>>> You also said that you are just supporting the cause of Mr. Laud. I will not disagree with you on that because I myself like his idea but that is a different issue. However, if you are totally focused in supporting the cause of Mr. Laud, why did you inserted your accusations to the Organizers of the 2006 Alcala Grand Reunion? Again, let me use the KAKANIN as an example. I want you to think that if you put all the GOOD KAKANIN in one dish and then add to it a rotten one, the whole dish will be spoiled in due time. That is exactly what you did in your posting on April 16, 2009 regarding your support to Mr. Laud. On that message, your first sentence and the second to the last were the only messages referring to Mr. Laud’s project and everything in between were all unfounded insult to the Organizers. How were you able to promote the good cause of Mr. Laud with that kind of message? Maybe you should learn a little bit of marketing. It might even help you in your business. >>>>>>>>>> Having said that, I am more respectful to the Organizers now because they are not coming down to your level. I noticed that they have been very quiet because I am sure they know better. They know that they have done something especially good for Alcala that no one in our town has done. Just thinking about what the Organizers has done makes me very proud, I could not comprehend how they actually make it happened. Going back to KAKANIN again as an example, when you buy Kakanin, most people, if not all, only appreciate or don’t appreciate the taste. They don’t realize the process the baker has to undertake to make that Kakanin. But if you try to imagine how this product is produced, you will realize that the baker has to go through a lot of work before it is marketed (buying all the ingredients, staying up late preparing, baking and then waking up early and then marketing their product). That is the same thing with these Organizers. Alcaleneans who sponsored a grill or did not sponsor a grill only has to go home and enjoy the festivities. We did not realized how hard the Organizers all worked by staying up late or waking up early because of the time difference between the other countries and the Philippines in order to make communications with the Philippine Group and then talked to other Alcaleneans all over the world. Before the grill is produced, they have to design the grill, find the right materials, where to buy the materials, the charcoal, bangus, meat and other things needed with the best quality and price. This is not an easy job yet no one ever appreciated these people. Instead some people are now accusing really bad things to them, that includes YOU! Despite all of this, the Organizers stay so cool. I also think that you owe the Organizers an apology for your false accusation, especially our beloved Mayor Manuel T. Collado. I am being emotional just writing this because I am reminded of Mr. Eddie Tolentino (may his soul rest in peace). Anyone who knows him is aware of his physical condition. He wakes up early in the morning to travel to Alcala to attend meetings and go back to Manila late at night. Napaka-“hands-on” niya the same thing with Mayor Manuel T. Collado, sa pagganap ng tungkulin, nagkukusa silang i-check lahat ng pangangailangan to make sure maging maayos ang event na ito. He really worked so hard and due to all of this hard work, he was not able to attend the Hawaiian Night because he got sick. The hard work was evident to all of the organizers including our beloved Mayor and his staff. I saw some of them coughing and not feeling good but still very enthusiastic. All these people truly deserve our thanks and appreciation not castigation. >>>>>>>>>> In regards to your defense on your non-payment of your grill sponsorship and I quote your statement: “As far as the grills are concerned, some had been cancelled before it was started due to the fact that they want to split the location and not in one place. How could our family and friends gather together if the grills are all over the place.” Let me inform you what I found out on my research. When the Office of the Mayor started assigning the location of the grills, all the grills were already produced, all the foods, charcoals and other materials were already ordered or paid for. So they already spent money on the grill you sponsored and to cancel your sponsorship means an expense without income. I also made a researched about your grills. Two of your grill has the same first name and last name and the rest has different first name from the other two grills. I also found out that the initial assignment of your grills were: two of your grills which has the same first and last names were temporarily assigned next to each other while the rest of your grill were assigned just two sponsored grills away from the other two. It was not like two of your grill were assigned in San Pedro Ili and the rest were in San Vicente. It was just like about two meters away from each other. Was that too far for comfort? You could have talked to the Mayor or the Organizers to rearrange it but I heard you just wanted to cancel your sponsorship. Was it really the arrangement of the grill the only reason for your cancellation or it was because you were not able to go home that is why you wanted to cancel? You don’t have to answer me this question. I will let your good conscience be your guide. The final arrangement of the grill was not done until the day before the BBQ and I am sure your request would have been granted. I know you are very smart and understanding man. You should have understand that assigning location of the grill was not an easy job. You cannot make everybody happy. Anyway that was the reason why this event was called GRAND REUNION with the intention to have ALL Alcaleneans get together just like ONE BIG HAPPY FAMILY and I believe it was and a very memorable one.

As far as the grills are concenred, some had been cancelled before it was started due to the fact that they want to split the location and not in one place. How could our family and friends gather together if the grills are all over the place. May I ask you then, what is wrong of selling KAKANIN everyday in the market. It is a decent kind of work, hindi pagnanakaw. At least we don't get the food we eat from YOU. Magaling ka. I salute YOU! Have YOU done good for the community? Selling kakanin is a noble way of raising a decent family and we are proud of that. Don't worry I am doing homework about YOU, I know some of your family but familiarity wise, di ko naririnig ang name mo. But my siblings know you I pressume. Why don't you post also that we are just a poor family earning a living tilting the farm? But proud to say that our father was a recipient of being a farmer of the year for most consecutive years. You cross the line by degrading my family just because of selling kakanin in the market. I will make sure you will pay for this mess you had created to our family. In the next few days, I will see you and have this settled. I am just supporting the cause of Mr. Laud but unfortunately, a lot of criticism arises. Walang personalan dito, but as I said, you crossed the line.

Hindi kita ibibisto rito maski pa ang mga pinagsasabi mo ay nakakasira ng INTEGRITY and CHARACTER ng mga tao and I will not glamorize you for the despicable statements you made. >>>>>>>>> Para maniwala kang kilala kita sasabihin ko na lang and first letter ng middle initial mo para hindi obvious sa mga ibang tao kung sino ka, tayong dalawa na lang ang nakaka-alam ng tunay mong pagkatao. It is M. Alam ko rin na isa kang Professional na nakatira sa America kasama mo ang Asawa at mga anak mo and I know even your complete address. You were accusing these organizers of no Accountability and no transparency of how much money had been generated. Hellow! Sana bago ka nagbitiw ng mga ganyang paninira eh naniguro ka muna, madali talagang manira sa kapwa lalong lalo na sa mga kababayan mo pero, eto ang sasabihin ko sa’yo para sa kaalaman mo at ng iba pang kababayan natin na pinag-iisip mo sa mga bagay na ito, I want to inform you that I myself, who has no computer of my own, saw and read the Financial Statements posted in the Alcala Message Board on JULY 7, 2006 which is within sixty (60) days after the Grand Reunion. To me, that is transparency and accountability. After a few months, the Webmaster has deleted it, obviously to have more storage space in his website. You must remember that this is his own website so he can do whatever he wants. We were just fortunate to have someone like the Webmaster to let us use his website otherwise all of these events would have not been possible. >>>>>>>>>> You also accused them that there is NO project supported from the proceeds and questioned where the Funds were? How can they do all these things when people like YOU cannot pay their obligations? I heard that based on the report submitted by Mr. Eddie Tolentino (may his soul rest in peace) all the funds collected were all spent for the constructions of the grills, foods, charcoal, media exposures and other expenses which were all stated in the Financial Statements. The main and only reason why there are no more funds in the Bank is because some Grill Sponsors, like YOU, did not pay their dues. I also heard that some paid with checks but were returned to the Sponsors but were never replaced. I hope you were reading as I am about the postings of the organizers concerning the promotions they were awarding to sponsors who bought 10 grills and get 1 free and the organizers also give free grills to every barangay and to different religious denomination in order for the poorest of the poor in our town could participate in this historical event. So if you do your math, which I assume you’re good at it, there were quite a few grills given for free. >>>>>>>>>>And just to share with you ang ilan pa sa mga nakalap kong bagay na may kaugnayan o kinalaman sa event na ito, napag alaman ko din that the reason why we were not yet included in the Book of the Guinness World Record is because the paper works supporting the claim for the longest grill were never submitted to the Office of the Guinness World Record. I am saddened to tell you that reason they were not submitted was due to the untimely death of Mr. Eddie Tolentino (may his soul rest in peace). He was in charge of the documentations and no one could find where those documents are after his death. You see, I am doing my homework, dahil just like you, SPONSOR din ako, hindi nga lang kasing dami ng ini-sponsoran mo, pero I can proudly say kahit isa lang ang kinuha ko BAYAD ang grill ko! So please let us not make any judgment or blame anyone on this issue. Because of the unwanted circumstances, let us just enjoy the good memories we had without the official record. I personally witness the length of the grills which is three (3) kilometers from San Pedro Ili to San Vicente and it was an awesome site indeed and I am still very proud of the accomplishment of a small agricultural town.>>>>>>>>>> Sige ka, sa kaka-hanap mo ng butas sa ibang tao baka hindi ka tantanan ng anino mo… Huwag kang mag asal aso na sarili mong buntot hinahabol-habol mo… >>>>>>>>>>Now, in regards to your statement tungkol sa mga taong nagta-tawag at nagso-solicit ay nawala na sila na parang bula, What do you want them to do? Hindi naman sila tindera ng KAKANIN sa palengke na pag naubos na yong paninda ay uuwi at gagawa uli ng mga kakanin para makabalik kinabukasan sa palengke at makapag-tinda uli. I hope you understand what I am talking about. These solicitors have done their job and they all did it with there own time and expenses, pasalamat na nga lang tayo at kahit paano nakapag-isip sila ng way para ma-unite tayong magkaka-babayan kahit sa event na ito lang. O siguro naman makakapag “move on” ka na ngayon, nakamit mo na ang katotohanan… Kelan mo naman balak bayaran ang ini-sponsoran mong grills? Just asking…

>>>>>>>>>These people including all the Officers, Members and non-Members of various Alcalanean Organization worldwide with the tireless support and supervision ng ating pinakama-mahal na Mayor MTC including all the Municipal Officials and Staff with all the Barangay Officials, Teachers and various Committee Members who worked so hard to make this most memorable event in Alcala become a reality and very successful. So please don’t include this issue in any of your messages anymore. You owe all these people an apology and everyone especially to our Honorable Mayor Manuel T. Collado, who really worked hard to make this SPECIAL EVENT possible. PEOPLE WILL NOT BELIEVE YOU. Ok... huwag ka nang sumagot dahil di na ako magco-comment after this... BE BRAVE FOR YOUR CAUSE. Tess” >>>>>>>>>> MS. TESS AGUSTIN JAVIER, if you cannot walk the talk, don’t give those kind of advises, huwag kang maging IPOKRITA! >>>>>>>>>>Akala mo siguro makakapagtago ka sa internet ano? Ay hindi… You can post any messages anonymous or not, but you cannot hide dito sa Internet. Even if you will not write your name your fingerprints or should I say “Remote Name or Internet Protocol (IP) is all over the web for the whole world who is interested to search and find out who is posting anonymously. >>>>>>>>>>Para maliwanagan ka, IP is the primary protocol in the Internet Layer of the Internet Protocol Suite that has the task of delivering distinguished protocol datagrams from the source host to the destination host solely based on their addresses. At diyan kita nahuli! >>>>>>>Kaya sundin mo ang payo mo do’n sa taong nag post na walang pangalan, huwag mong ibaon ang ulo mo sa buhangin pero iyang puwet mo nakalitaw, at pinagpi-piyestahan ng buong mundo!

Continue doing what is good for the school Sir! As to to the barbeque grill as mentioned here, sila ang pioneer doon kaya alam nila kung paano mag scam as he claimed to have experienced before. Looked at what happened to the socalled Biggang Ti Ray ay. There were no accountability also. No transparency of how much money had been generated. No project that was supported from the proceeds. At nasaan ang pera? After the said affair, nawala parang bula ang mga taong magaling magtawag para magsolicit. Keep up the good work Mr. Principal, God is watching you!

You have a lot of work cut out for you, namely (1) We all know what the PTCA does in general, which usually are not done; What we ask is specific programs that will be funded by the PTCA. Why are you soliciting donors for undefined educational program. (2) We all know it's summer vacation. How do you know how many potential members and which student needs a donor? If you have collected more than members, what will you do with the money? (3) Since membership in PTCA is voluntary, how would not being a member affect the educational well being of any student who can not afford to be a member? (4) Doesn't DepEd prohibit this type of solicitation by the faculty? I understand that it is parents and teachers association but solicitation coming from you, who is also the Principal, is an appearance of a conflict. Appearance is as important than reality. (5) Do you even have a PTCA in place? ... I should stop before I bore everyone with details.

good know manong that your réfusal to accept our invitation is due to experienced scam. Well, cant blame you manong for that kind of reactiön. The consolation i got is i can say straightforward that i was not a part even an inch of that malady youve gone through. Others may do so, but i need to be extra proud of the institution which nurtured in me virtues of honesty, integrity and service. I shall vow to prove that with our leadership we can make a new beginning. Thanks for letting me know of a "scam at cppnhs". Try to figure it out

Please do not call me "Sir". I have not been knighted and have no intention of being knighted. Let me clarify my position. I did not initiate the debate. I am merely accepting the challenge. Now that you have stated your position, I will respect your wishes. You can count me out on your program. If you allow me to state my position in return - I must say your program has all the making of a scam because you are soliciting donors for a program that has no specific purpose. I have seen this many times before and had been a victim a few times myself. I can only wish that potential donors will ask questions now and more importantly later. Issuance of official receipt does not cut it! Hell, I can even get my post graduate degree from Recto, if you know what I mean. Now if you will just excuse me, I have better things to do than engage into this stupidity.

days back i posted an invitation for our adopt-a-scholar program but suddenly its taking a big twist. it has caused opposing acceptance particularly among those posting messages here. mine is too simple, just seek voluntary assistance to finance even the very least, miscellaneous fees of our well-deserving students; poor but academically proficient and those with special skills and talent. if it may appear dubious about the terms "official receipt, proper accounting and auditing, free secondary education, access to education" which i would like to address in the process of the program, i need to say i may be prejudged executing unacceptable terms of a program among those who might have been inevitably wronged by the system, i have the moral courage to humbly say we can make things happen. messages posted seemingly imply that our institution for the past years might have undergone management that does not match others expectations. prior to designation as the school principal, what immediately came into my senses is the opportunity not just to lead but to inspire others to transform our institution. i know it will take me a david and goliath scene, but i would rather take the risk of leading than letting my days pass by naturally accepting that all these things happening are just but natural occurences.i know we have a load of challenges to hurdle with responsibility and facing all these roadblocks lead me to framing a program focused initially for our students. i know we need to address other pressing concerns that had somehow influenced unpleasing remarks from known members of the alumni, but i insist to say we may not work with wonders, but we are achieving the least ignored aspect. our ptca this time is more than aware of what we would like to amplify as our priority. shall we need to seettle things in a debate sir? i appreciate much your enthusiasm to promote our interest. i believe i dont deserve too those remarks posted by an alumnus friend. i wont focus on those terms considering other more important cause we need to answer. i must say my thanks for those who have already extended support. for those opposing due to previous unwanted experiences or whatsoever, please inform me better what must be done to addrees our students need for better institutional services. and if you have a better idea to make things work for our school, please share us your vision. if there may be systems of the past that had caused problems instead of solutions, please keep us informed. it will only be when we share same purposes and aspirations for our schoolchildren that we can say we belong to the institution. anticipating oppositions again to this effect, please give our school a ring (075) 593-21-68. but if you really say you care for our institution, our doors are always open for your visit anytime.

thanks for the wonderful remarks. Still we need to thank you the least is we can verily discriminate mediocre alumnus from noble ones. We seek not assistance from those who have nothing to share except a catastrophic heart and lacks history of a gracious tongue. This program is only for those who care with a philanthropic heart their roots with our institution. So if you have nothing noble to extend why bother to get involved. We do not need humbly your history of disaster because we want to contribute even this minute way to building a community. Sorry but ignoble words have on place in our civilized educational system. If only we can educate you in our terms right now we could have done it earlier for your own sake. Please visit our school if you are really an alumni to find out that we are now reaching distance with this program with the assistance of our kind and dignified real alumni. This program is just meant for them. Please treasure your thousands because they do not have a place in our small but big christian heart.

adopt-a-scholar program attempts to answer the need of our parents in the community for greater access of their children for basic education, particularly gained in our school. doubly, it aims to increase participation rate of our schoolchildren who usually suffer dropping out of school due to the "not-so-free" school system in our domestic scene. the 310 sponsors fee will shoulder the year round fees for the 185 DepED prescribed fee and the 125 PTCA approved fee. our special gratitude to mam cecilia mejia thru the assistance of atty. franklin olpindo, our newly elected alumni association president for facilitating the donation of 5000 which shall initially pay the fees of incoming 1st year honor students. the 44 strong staff of our school likewise volunteered to sponsor each thereby making the program purposeful. payments can be made directly to our school cashier for proper issuance of Official Receipt. If unavailable to do so, please have your representative to do so

the program presented to us parents by the principal is so helpful particularly those who suffer fair access to education. I would rather advise those who are unwilling not to disappoint everyone. Better keep your ill feelings just yours to own. We have a number of parents and graduates who have signified already willingness to support the cause. 310 for us will go a long way in the education of our children. Well the new principal has a lot of plans for the school and we know he deserves our support.

may we invite everyone especially those who have humble blessings in life to look back at the very institution where our purposes and aspirations were born and extend the direly needed support for our adopt-a-scholar program. This will promote greater access to education and of course encourages excellence from among our students. We have initially established links with recent graduates but we believe this will prosper more if senior members of our alumni association will take hold of this endeavor. At a minimal amount me 310 pesos paid in a year we have already contributed big in the development me our youth. This serves as a humble avenue for me being the newly assigned Officer-in-Charge of our institution to establish and seek the needed link with all Officers and Members of our Alumni Association, not just to manifest where we are now as an institution but foremost to share with you our aspirations and purposes in a bold attempot to transform into more meaninghful terms our services. As a sort of profiling, I am a member of Batch 86 and prior to promotion as school principal, I served at CPPNHS as a Teacher/Master Teacher for the past 15 years. Modesty aside, after besting the Qualifying Exam for the Principalship in the Region, I was promoted as Principal of Baguinay NHS then months later assigned as OIC Principal of Manaoag NHS. Thanks to Mayor Manuel Collado for endorsing me to our Superintendent as immediated replacement of Mrs. Parayno after her retirement last month. Our primordial concern now is providing assistance to our poor but deserving students, thus the Adopt-A-Scholar Program was conceived. As the project implies, it aims to seek voluntary sponsors from among our Alumni to at least sponsor one student enrolled at CPPNHS by simply paying their Miscellaneous and PTCA Fees for the school year amounting to P310. Our initial target for the coming school year is 100 students. All incoming honor students in the first year shall be the immediate beneficiaries to encourage parents sending their children to school and likewise multiply our population. If in case the number of sponsors will exceed the initial plan, then we shall divide equally to the number of curriculum years. The scheme of payment would either be by grading period (P77.50), monthly June-March (P31.00) or upon enrollment (P310.00).Rest assured that everything will be properly issued an Official Receipt as requirement for auditing and accounting of wchich we would like to systematize too. We will appreciate very much if this noble program will merit your attention. Other concerns will be addressed in a more opportune time. Thank you so much for ther anticipated favorable response.

I am cordially and earnestly inviting all members of the Class of 1964 to attend the 46th anniversary of our class on June 28-30,2009 at Peterborough,Ontario, Canada. Our host this year is no other than our good classmate, the multi-talented and beauteous Tess Villar, and ably-assisted and supported by our Canadian classmates Marita M.Nankil,Gerri B. Piedad, Remy Collado, and Constante Lazo. This year's activity is another prelude to our projected Class Golden Jubilee Homecoming 2014 in Alcala, just like we happily and memorably did in Las Vegas last year. For further info and particulars, please email Tess at Tess_Villar@hotmail.com or call (705)745-2855, and/or email me at duquefamily@aol.com; As an added bonanza to this year's class reunion in Peterborough, the first twenty classmates to arrive at the reunion venue will be accorded with a royalty reception by the host, plus a free spa and massage & reflexology, courtesy and complement of an anonymous classmate donor; and last but not the least, the lucky nineth local classmate residing in Alcala, who attend this year's class reunion in Canada, will be awarded a round-trip airplane ticket, courtesy of the class coordinator and facilitator. My dear classmates, looking forward to see you all during our class reunion!

A little reunion notion is motioned and few of the classmates will be going home to attend the town festivity. So to classmates in Alcala - their sons and daughters, next of kins, friends, any acquaintances - please pass it along the words. We want as many classmates that we can gather to please attend this CLASS '58 REUNION. First reunion to be held locally. One of our classmate/s from the U.S. will probably drop by to see and inform you about this multitude. Thanks.

A cordial invitation to all members, as well as the adopted members of the Class of 1964, to celebrate our 45th anniversary on June 27 to July 5, 2009 inclusive in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. This year's host is our very good classmate and beauteous Tessie Villar, and ably-assisted by our equally talented classmates Gerri Balino-Piedad, Marita Maregmen-Nankil, Remy Collado and Constante Lazo, all currently residing in Canada. Class Prez Imelda, please inform everybody within your reach and power. Kindly delegate this to Veep Bonnie to our classmates in Metro Manila. Details of this year's class reunion will be announced later by the host. Ballroom and line dancing are just some of the highlights of this affair, aside from the traditional tour to some of the scenic views of Ontario. To all my classmates wherever you are, please let's make this year's class reunion in Canada equally memorable, joyous and lasting as we did last year in Las Vegas. More power and long live, Class of 1964!

Class 71 is a bunch of rebels. Everyone is non-conformist. Just ask one of our teachers. All were very happy we finally were graduating that year. They couldn't wait soon enough. Those were the days I most enjoy in this life. We do respect everyone but not to the level of following orders. We do not need orders to do something we like. There are quite a few things, if not all, that we don't care about - to today. This is the very reason why no class 71 showed up. But I guarantee you, we will show up en masse on February 27th. You can tell this to the Principal next time you see her.

On behalf of Class '58 of North America - U.S.A. and Canada - our profound congratulations to the three classmates who represented the '58 graduates of our former Alma Mater Alcala High. With due respect to the committee and coordinator of that multitude, our sincere apology from us - the '58 Class Golden Anniversary, whom we are unable to attend such functions. The December event - reunion, gatherings, not an easy to some or many of us to participate due to the Holiday season in that matter. But a financial contribution was forwarded prior to the December milestone. A small amount of money premised to Ms Bennie Monegas, sister of Lety Monegas Ramirez (class '58)from Chicago to purchased TV as a raffle winner prized and of the remaining will be for the school project, whatever it is. Our heartfelt acknowledgment to the CPPMHS Faculty and students, the correlating body of that throng, and to all graduates that attended. Inspite of our absence, maybe not fair to others concern, we still regard the place where we attained our learning. Congratulations and fair winds to CPPMHS colleagues. God Bless.

Poster below: Anong pamisa? Nakiki-kain ng libre? Yes I got your point but please note that there are still a lot of well-to-do yet generous people and entities around, who may donate or sponsor projects for a cause. If given the chance, I myself, could have shared something or helped in my own little way, if only I was informed in advance... I work in an advertising agency and I could have easily asked some of our advertisers to donate or sponsor something in exchange for a simple ad... Of course, I do understand also that life is getting touher these days at hindi naman ako mayaman so be it! Leave it to the organizers. Thank you. Sir Archie This is just a brotherly advise, probably nobody is forcing you to join CPPMNH-AA am I right? if thats the case, let other people do what they want as long as they are not violating any law thats fine, as we know PHILIPPINES is a free country and anywhere else in the world. If they are happy with what they are doing let them do it. About the pogi points will you pls stop saying that, and if you dont want to read any messages from this MB dont go to this site so you wont be irritated, your blood pressure might go up at baka magka ALTA PRESYON ka, one last thing sir ARCHIE stop critizising and act according to your age, hope you get this simple messages god bless us all

An Alumni Association will never succeed until members are signed-in and membership dues are collected every year. The "approach" of making every alumni a de facto member does not work! The relationship between an association and it's members is a two-way street. I am an alumnus of CPPMHS, class 1971, and I do not consider myself as a member of the CPPNHS-AA. I have not applied for membership as I do not know the purpose of this association other than to add "pogi points" to my resume. And if such is the case, I really do not want to be a member. Anong mapapala ko diyan sa pogi points?

Hello everyone! kumusta kayo amin manen gagayyem? Medyo nabayag bassit nga diak nakapag-post, it was really toxic at work and at home! Anyway, I got the chance to attend the (parade/motorcade) Alumni homecoming at CPPNHS last Dec. 28. I have some pictures but I will still be uploading this weekend, di ko pa maasikaso, mga friends, so lease hang on... I will ask Mr. Webmaster to post them here para makita niyo rin. BTW, The alumni homecoming was not as successful as the previous ones I have attended. I apologize to the organizers for saying so... honestly, it was not well-organized. Kokonti ang umattend, even the Diamond Jubilarians (Class 58) has only 3 members who were awarded, each, with a plaque of appreciation. Mabuti pa yong mga Class 83 (Silver Jubilarians)marami sila.Talagang nag-effort silang mag-pagawa ng tarpaulin banner with matching uniform pa... Kudos to Laarni, Jun Gelacio and all those Class 83 members who attended the event... Ang Class '84 at '85 din ok sila. Ang Class '80, 4 lang ang umattend ng Parade pang - lima si Azon na nasa Registration pero noong gabi we had a dinner and videoke at Zina's house, more or less 20 kami at naging masaya din! Going back to the alumni homecoming, I'm saddened because, previously, may lunch pang isene-serve ang CPPNHS-AA pero ngayon parang wala kahit snacks. Others can afford to buy but what about the others who were not told na dapat pala ay potluck? We were honored to have Gen. Laza as our guest speaker at that time. sayang konti lang ang naka-attend. I hope next time mas marami ang maka-attend.

Wishing the best of the coming year to the faculty and student body of my alma mater. Are new year resolutions relevant or just made to be broken? Mr. NY saw that style from parents, sisters, brothers, all families are doing it that way when he was a child,so all he could think about is that dirty style. well let him blabber, he is so sick, haven't had sex, that style is what he saw from movies he watch almost everyday. So next time he wrote in this site just ignore him 'till he will find somebody that will love, honor, care for him. at the moment he is feeling the blues of Christmas. he lost his job and not doing anything and was so bored in his life and all he could do is daydream. Happy New Year to you Mr. NY, be happy, and i hope you are not doing it to kids, may be he is a pedophile? get him before he do something bad to people especially to children.

To everybody's concern. The only way to find out the identity of this bonehead, nitwit, uneducated individual is to gather informations from high school, he was a graduate of 1993 and from the town folks of Alcala. My mom is from Alcala, a graduate of the CPPMHS, we are residing in Queens, as one of her daughter and I am married to a NY Police Finest, he told me that we can easily identify this individual by checking his remote area code number or checking high school records or info from the town itself who among the student of class 1993, residing in NY. He is sure their are quite a few folks from Alcala leaving in NY. This guy is looking for attention. Just ignore his messages and move on. How we wish this website can do something about it by screening all idiotic messages. This guy is an embarrassment to the Alcala community, to his parent and clans. Have all a Happy New Year.

Both Alumni '58 Golden Anniversary Reunion was a huge success. The Las Vegas Reunion attended by 16 classmates, with their spouses and guests, a total of 28 then next the Mexican Riviera Cruise with 14 Classmates participating , with their spouses and guests, a total of 25 was tremendously overwhelming sights. Unmeasureable excitement, remarkable and memorable reunion. Beyond compare indeed. For the AHS project that was discussed in Las Vegas, the money collected aboard to fund the project was also a success. Everyone gave their monetary pledged with promises to give more if needed. For those Classmates surfing and reading this CPPMHS web page, for everyone's info - the next reunion will be in the Midwest area - city of Chicago. Our hosts and coordinators are Romy and Naomi DeGuzman Salazar and Lety Monegas Ramirez, also assiting is Saniata Perez Sioson. It will be on August 6, 2009. For more details to this event - please get in touch to one of our class reunion 2009 coordinators. Please check class '58 school page for E-mail addresses. Too early of course but we all can start planning ahead to give each one ample time to prepare themselves. Too much fun, very enjoyable, hilarious, comical, abundants of high school reminiscing, too many stories about the yesteryears and never ending, etcetra. Happy Golden Anniversary to Alumni 1958 wherever they are. Hooray. Class '58 Mexican Riviera Cruise Asst. Coordinator. FVD

Buddy, that's quick, thank you for posting the pictures. I had a wonderful time and wished that I have stayed longer. Sorry, I was not feeling too well. Could someone possibly put the pictures at the Alcala Web site like they did for class 1966 reunion. What would it take to do that.

Alumni '58 of the formerly Alcala High School celebrated their Golden Anniversary Reunion in Las Vegas - July 30 to August 3, 2008. The throng was literally jubilant, extremely blithe, immensely gratifying and truly noteworthy. Twenty of Class '58 attended not counting spouses and guests. However, a parley was held during the reunion hosted by Ching Estacio at her residence. It was a symposium about a class '58 project and to appeal monetary donation for the school. Per graduate, it was motioned and seconded that we ask a donation of $50.00 or a $100.00 dollars, whatever is modestly suitable or indulgent for each one. Coordinator to this project and whom to send your donation are: Anacleto T. Arciaga - tel. # 818-357-1676 or E-mail: Etong3@aol.com **** and Letecia Monegas Ramirez - tel.# 847-336-0035 or E-mail: Elsramirez@comcast.net. Reminder: next reunion will be aboard the Mexican Riviera Cruise Ship - Oct. 27 to Nov. 4, 2008. Embarkation: San Diego, California. An assenblage regarding to this project will be discuss during the cruise. Fifteen of class '58 will be on this cruise not counting spouses and guests. Please if you are interested to abet to this Class '58 project do opt to send your donation now. Collected donation will be properly, certainly safeguarded, personally presented and documented and monitored by Lito Arciaga and Lety Monegas Ramirez through her sister Bennie Monegas - CPPMHS Project Coordinator. The CPPNHS Alumni Association will be conducting a general membership meeting in December (exact date and venue to be announced later). There will be a bingo social to be held on that day and an election of new board members. There will also be awarding of Plaques to Class 1958 who are celebrating their Golden Anniversary. Other activities will also be announced later. To all Alcala High School Alumni residing abroad, if you are planning to come home for the Christmas Holidays, we enjoin you to come and join us in this meeting and bingo social for a cause, and get to meet with your former high school classmates. There will also be another grand reunion on April 2009 just before the Town Fiesta. We hope to see you there, too. Activities, exact date and venue will be announced on a later date. Alcala just celebrated its Alcala Foundation Day last Saturday, Sept. 20th. We were privileged to witness the exhibition of the Drum and Lyre Corps of the selected elementary and high schools of Alcala. I was able to capture the opening of the CPPNHS Drum and Lyre on my cell and uploaded it in YouTube. You can watch it and be proud to be once a part of that school, just like what I felt when I was watching them perform. It is entitled Alcala Day "08 in YouTube.

Hello again everyone especially to Class '80! We had a get-together at Italliannis-Greenbelt 2 last Sunday. Our friend Peter Magno Jr. came for an emergency trip and I was very thankful to him for giving his time to see us. Present were Joey & Zina, Carol, Dra. Joyce, Merlinda. Manong David Supnet was also in town but he was still in Anulid at that time so he missed the fun. Anyway Dra. Joyce & kids, me and my daughter got the change to meet Manong David, together with his 2 kids and one Apo, at Gateway Mall last night. Catalimo Magno who is in Palawan was with us on YM, thanks to modern technology!Dadong is supposed to be with us last night also but his kid got a sprained ankle so he was not able to join us... Guys, we hope to have a bigger get-together in Alcala this coming December 28, please mark your calendar as early as NOW. BTW Manong David and family are going back to Hawaii today. Have a safe trip Manong! Regards also to all my friends... esp to Class 77, 78 and 83!

We will missed Olive alright but she will be in her journey to our dear Lord Almighty's kingdom now and may she rest in peace. Our solemn prayers and our wholehearted condolences to the family. Our former Alma Mater Alcala High School (CPPMHS)and the Class of '58 Golden Anniversary Reunion. Hail to the '58 Alumni - the Oldies but Goodies - the Golden Years calibrates. The reunion in Las Vegas was sublime and noteworthy. For our beloved classmates who were unable to attend the throng, it was grand and festive. We all missed you but your family vigilance is more of a priority. Their well being and needs is very imperative. Absolutely, we yearns your presence. Hosted by Ching Estacio Caprio - the party was held at her residence. Class '58 commenced their July 31 by having a an all you can eat dinner at Rampart Casino. August 1 - open day - gone grocery shopping for the menus needs, picked up classmates at the airport, then all hands food preparation - Ilocano Dishes. August 2 - was the day. Twenty classmates attended not counting spouses and guests. We were all jubilant. Sharing mementos and stories of the high school years. Reminiscing the days when we were vibrant, wild and rock n roll, calypso, jives, cha cha, and mashed potato. Elvis, Paul Anka, Chubby Checkers, Everly Bros., Brenda Lee, Platters, Four Aces, etc. Next reunion will be the Mexican Riviera Cruise - Oct. 27 up Nov. 5, 2008. Embark: San Diego. Next year - 2009 - reunion: notion and motion are the following locations - Hawaii, Chicago area or Michigan, Louisiana (Mardi Gras) or someplace along the beaches of California. Hooray to our Alma mater...mabuhay to our beloved town of Alcala and those students from Sto. Tomas and a few students coming from the neighboring town - Bautista, Villasis - all graduated at AHS. The reunion in Las Vegas was worth remembering, so jovial, so great and hilarious. Camaraderie once again. Remember - age is just a numbers but reunion will be treasured and will forever last. Class '58 - we are all magnificent, we are all great. Long Live..!!!

Hello everyone esp. Class '80! Thanks for the wonderful time at Glorietta & Greenbelt last night. Good food and great chikahan with the "life of the party"... Dra. Joyce, of course! Also there, were Carol, Merlinda, Dina and Joey... and our special guest, Gigi delos santos-Ancheta! Nice to see her after 28 years, grabe! ngayon lang kami talaga nagkita ulit! We've missed Dadong and Zina. Well, Zina is still in the US of A. Siguro pagbalik niya we will have another get-together... hopefully, mas maraming makakarating. Arlene Miguel, kelan ka babakasyon ulit? Manong David, George Absalon & Pedro Magno kumusta naman? Just let me know kung kelan kayo babakasyon and we will organize something, ok?
