UPH Grants Scholarship to 11 PSU Students: The United Pangasinan of Hawaii (UPH) granted scholarship to 11 students who recently enrolled at the Pangasinan State University (PSU). Fred Martinez, committee chairman and the UPH Scholarship Program Committee reviewed applications from high school graduates of four cities and 24 towns in Pangasinan. These cities and towns represent a membership in the United Pangasinan of Hawaii. Those selected possess academic and scholastic excellence and who are financially handicapped but deserving, outstanding and talented students in both public and private high schools in Pangasinan. The scholars passed the PSU College Admission Test and satisfied the requirements of PSU for admission (http://www.psu.edu.ph/ The scholars are entitled to a full tuition fee and all other fees required by their respective courses. In succeeding semesters, scholars with a general weighted average of 1.0 to 1.75 (or its equivalent) will receive full tuition fee and other fees with allowance per semester and those with 2.0 to 2.50 (or its equivalent) will receive full tuition fee and other fees with no allowance. Kabaleyans: I am a victim of drunk driving in the highways of Pangasinan in February 2010. After negotiating for my release on the same night from police custody, noting all circumstances are all in my favor such as right of way, DUI, I was charged for reckless imprudence. The police and medical reports submitted by the complainant never stated that the tricycle driver is drunk at the time of accident. Worst, I was charged in court without me receiving a copy of the complaint. Today, I am out on bail. Ssome friends of the same flight are urging me to form an organization which may sound like: ViDDA (Victims of Drunk Driving Alliance, the objective of which are to bring order in the streets/highways, the traffic enforcers to implement the Land Transportation Code of the Philippines, standardized police reports/blotters to include in their investigations whether drivers are AB+ or AB-, lobby to our governments (barangay/municipal/provincial/national/DPWH) to improve all roads so as to conform with international road standards, make mandatory training to all driver's license holders be it truck, car, tricycles, motorcycles, kuliglig or pogpog so that they will be aware of the the Land Tansportation Code and make acquiring a driver's license similar to the standards of the USA, include in the school curriculum (elementary/HS/college) the Land Transportation Code...etc. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, PLEASE EMAIL ME.... WE CAN PROBABLY START THIS ADVOCACY VIA THE INTERNET. SOME PANGASINAN LAWYERS WERE CONVINCED OF THE IDEA AND WILLING TO SUPPORT US.

For your info the airport in Alaminos city was finalize and future dream the people of Alamian.They had a ground breaking dated march 22, 2010 with Mayor Nani Bragansa,his staff fellow officials and the department of DOTC official too.The location of the airport will be in Telbang,Pandan, and the access road in Cabatuan and San Vicente.This domestic airport will finish 2012 and will become international airport in 2020.I am happy indeed that only Pres. Isa kang dumaralos, dapat alam mo kung ano ang naidulot ng Tamaraw Rice Thresher sa Alaminos. Ito ay imbensyon ni Geminiano Ben. Di man sya nakapagtapos ng elementarya pero sa kanyang galing at katalinuhan ay nagawa nya ito. Kung ngayon ay wala na ito, i'm still proud to be a part of it. It's still an Alaminos pride. Tamaraw, Kabayang Tamaraw, Mukang hasang-hasa ata yang sungay mo ah at parang handang-handang sumuwag? :-). Easy lang Kabayan. Tulad din ng mga mangingisda, kung hindi kayang pangalagaan ng ating mga opisyales ng pamahalaan ang pinagmumulan ng kanilang ikabubuhay ay mawawalan din sila ng hanapbuhay pagdating ng araw. Kaya kung sino man ang totoong nagmamahal at mangangalaga sa aming mga ordinaryong mamamayan ng Alaminos ay sya ang dapat nating iboto. Wala po akong iniindorso... mga kabaleyan.... pag-aralan lang nating mabuti kung sino talaga sa palagay natin ang dapat bigyan ng susi ng ating city hall. Example sabotagely cutting the electricity of his neighbor, throwing scattered gabages through the windows of his neighbors.Cancelling paid checks in small amounts after eating in restaurants only because he didn't like the taste of what he ate.Putting epoxy on the main doors of establishments he had heated arguments with. He also has countless cases in Israeli courts, where some of them he runs away from it. But when police spotted him he was being arrested and bring him to court. He did the same in the Philippines, he file complaints against his neighbors for useless reasons like he doesnt like the smell of the neighbors piggery, or he doesnt like the smoke from the neighbors burning dried leaves, he doesnt like to hear his neighbors playing loud music. He shouts to everybody who doesnt agree to his wants and wishes and opinions. He file complaints against all municipal officials,Immigration lawyers and officials,DOJ officials, Ombudsman, PNP main, he claims them to be corrupt because Yaari couldnt fool our official to agree to his devilish wishes. Example he demands the suspension of the mayor of manaoag, suspension of the commissioner on immigration, suspension of all the government officials who do not agree to this satanic deeds.For him evry person who do not agree with his satanic deeds is corrupt.In his heart God doesnt exist. YAARI'S WAY OF EXPRESSING HIMSELF IS A MERE PROOF THAT HE IS PSYCHOLOGICALLY DISTURBED.
